For nearly 20 years, I worked in a corporate career, serving others while feeling disconnected from my own life and purpose. Busy, distracted, and searching for more meaning, I realized I needed to step off the treadmill of constant achievement and reconnect with what truly matters.
This awakening led me to coaching, first through relationship coaching and then, as I discovered the transformative power of Eastern philosophy, into Holistic Life Coaching. I learned that true fulfillment doesn't come from material success, but from being present, embracing our humanity, and cultivating love and mindfulness in every moment.
